We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Audit Executive to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to support management in financial decision-making.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Have a valid UAE driver's license.
