Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are a leading player in the food industry specializing in rice, oil, and tea. If you are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management within the food sector, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food industry, with expertise in rice, oil, and tea products is a must.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the food sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid UAE Driving License
