Employment: Full Time

Our client, a prominent real estate development company in Dubai, dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable projects recently acquired a significant share in a general contracting firm, and they are seeking a skilled and experienced 1C Specialist.

The specialist will serve as the primary IT professional within the organization, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations through the management of various IT systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Manage and troubleshoot CISCO networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Administer and support the 1C ERP software, including installation, configuration, and user support.
• Implement, manage, and support CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
• Integrate IT systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency across departments.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP telephony systems to ensure reliable communication within the organization.
• Provide technical support and training to staff, promptly resolving IT-related issues.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Russian language beneficial (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CISCO system and networking.
• Knowledge of 1C enterprise software beneficial.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Understanding of basic Finance and Accounting.
• Understanding of website management and development.
• Familiarity with IP telephony systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
