JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Private owned company is in search of tech-savvy and reliable technical administrator with excellent hard and soft skills for management office and remote IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
Assets management:
• Oversee and maintain all office technical assets, including desktops, laptops, corporate phones, IP-phones, printers, TVs, collaboration displays, video conference systems, access control systems, NGFW, WAP, CCTV and other related equipment.
• Conduct regular audits of technical assets to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Manage the inventory of assets, ensuring timely updates, repairs and replacements.
Accounts management:
• Monitor and maintain company domain name, Microsoft 365 tenant (incl. Office, Intune, Azure, Entra, Exchange, Sharepoint), licenses, corporate sim-cards and packages.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts, ensuring timely payments, cost optimization and non-interruption access.
Network administration:
• Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of office networks.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely updates and patches.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data and users.
Video conference and collaboration equipment management:
• Ensure that video conference and collaboration technical equipment are always ready for use.
• Assist colleagues in setting up presentations or video conferences.
Support and Training:
• Provide technical support to colleagues, addressing any issues they might encounter with company equipment.
• Organize training sessions for users to familiarize them with new software or hardware.
IT-related projects management
• Third-party IT and automation related contractors’ communications and works monitoring.
• Track and store relevant documentation and payments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and their applications.
• Microsoft Applied Skills and/or Certifications will be an advantage.
• Other IT and cybersecurity related certificates will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
