• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Requirements:
Experience and skills required for the jobThe perfect candidate must have/be:
• 5 to 10 years B2B Sales Experience in relevant industries (Banking, Insurance, Manpower and Staffing)
• High Leadership and Communication skills.
• Capable of building an effective sales team.
• Wide range of networks with the business communities.
