JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

About the role

Purpose of the job
- Handling CRM operations, starting from architecture review, maintenance, servers and OS monitoring, handling global incidents and leading the operations team.

Duties and responsibilities
- Lead operations team.
- Study new CRM administration requirements and make a complete assessment.
- Fast reaction to system issues to ensure that our services are up quickly.
- Responsible for incidents & operation tasks.
- Accept and validate new features implementation, software upgrades and new products and services.
- Responsible on tasks / activities planning.
- Responsible on production stability.

Requirements:
Job specification

Education
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science

Experience
- 10+ years of CRM experience.
- Experience on Siebel CRM (preferred 23+ Siebel version).
- Configure application using EAI, Workflow, and related tools.
- Design and develop new/modify business components, business objects, applet, views and screen as per the customer requirements.
- Design Siebel workflows and other business process scenarios using Siebel tools.
- Create/modify database objects like tables, columns and index required to meeting customer requirements.
- Provides technical expertise on key decisions and priorities related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) architecture solutions.
- Analyzes and translates business and technical requirements into an structural blueprint outlining Siebel solutions that will achieve the desired business objectives.
- Conceptualizes, defines, designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains application releases in a Siebel environment.
- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues.
- Works in close collaboration with business and technology partners to evaluate, design and/or integrate new functionality into existing Siebel applications.
- Performs user and access administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization.
- Skilled on UNIX scripting, Oracle and programing skills
- Skilled in Oracle SQL
- Very good English both written and spoken.
- Project management Skills
