Job description / Role
About us:
We are your one stop solution to all things real estate needs, be it Residential, Commercial, Off-Plan, Sales & Leasing or Property Management.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Finding new clients and building powerful relationships with them.
- Visiting sites to collect information about the available properties and taking professional photographs of these properties and update the existing information related to properties.
- Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers and advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish client relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring excellent customer service at all stages.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales profile.
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year in sales profile in Dubai,UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including familiarity with local regulations and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Training and Compensation - 6 weeks training(Post completion of 6 weeks training, candidate shall be offered with Salary +commission)
