Job Purpose
Oversee and alert operations to non-compliance of behaviour and work-related activities i.e., Short Cuts, Not following Work Instructions, Inadequate identification of worksite and job hazards as far as is reasonably practicable and support the objectives of ADNOC L & S ultimate objective of ensuring safety & security compliance.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Shift supervisors of the Command & Control Center to ensure the efficient working of the Command and Control Center ensuring HSE compliance onshore and marine
- Administration of all staffing matters for the Command and Control Center including the preparation of the shift rota (ensuring sufficient coverage during periods of sickness and annual leave).
- Ensure that the Command and Control Center and all equipment is always maintained satisfactorily, ensuring that faults are remedied.
- Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions monitored from within the Command and Control Center. Including the maintenance records.
- Occasional monitoring of CCTV cameras to provide shift cover/additional support when operationally necessary (e.g., busy times, staff absence).
- Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as instructed.
- Interface with Action Owners to ensure that compliance is achieved.
- Ensure that data is stored securely under the Data Protection regulations and to maintain the Access Control of the Command and Control Center.
- Ensuring appropriate information is passed on to TL- Command and Control Center and to Operators as necessary.
- Ensure that staff provide appropriate image-transfer to the concerned Authorities when circumstances dictate to ensure they have the necessary information to resource and manage incidents.
- To make daily briefings to Operators.
- To understand and comply with the requirements of legislation that govern CCTV operations to maintain the security and integrity of the ADNOC L & S data.
- To undertake all such duties and take on any other responsibilities as determined by the TL - Command & Control Center
Requirements:
- Diploma or Equivalent (Qualification Level 5 preferably in HSE)- CCTV Certificate
- 5 years of experience CCTV and/or HSE
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate or equivalent.
