Leading TIER 1 Buildings Main Contractor | AED 2.4 Billion in New Projects

Our client is a leading TIER 1 main contractor with a history of delivering landmark buildings across the UAE. With 4 new major projects secured worth AED 2.4 billion, we are actively seeking a Senior Structural Coordinator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs
•Coordinate design and structural elements across the project lifecycle
•Adapt swiftly to project changes, including value engineering and material adjustments
•Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

Requirements:

Requirements:

•Strong experience in structural coordination and design management
•You must be based in the UAE before applying
•Up to date word formatted CV with clear scopes , contract values , contact details and project information
•Software experience handling – REVIT / AUTOCAD / NAVISCAD
•Must have held relevant experience for a reputable Main Contractor in such a post
•The CV will show loyalty and success of full life cycles , not 6 career moves in 6 years as this isn’t what the client is seeking !
•Seeking to start employment before December 2024 LATEST

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
