Senior Executive - Ecommerce Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Merchandising:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to execute merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions

Pricing & Inventory Management:

- Execute pricing strategies to balance revenue and customer demand
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Implement inventory reporting and analytics to inform business decisions

Cataloguing & Content Enrichment:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across the ecommerce platform
- Develop and maintain high-quality product content, including images and descriptions
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging product experiences

Studio Operations & Coordination:

- Forecast studio operations needs and plan accordingly
- Coordinate with studio teams to ensure timely and high-quality product photography and content creation
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners

Requirements:
Quality Assurance & Platform Health:

- Conduct quality checks on products going live to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor ecommerce platform performance, identifying and resolving technical issues
- Implement processes to ensure platform health and user experience

Stakeholder Management & Analysis:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, buying team, and customer service teams
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and present reports on ecommerce performance and insights

Technology & Process:

- Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement platform enhancement
