JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a sales team of five salespeople.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
• Develop sales strategies and plans.
• Report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Computer literacy or basic computer skills.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
