Sales Associate (Forex Trading)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client a leader in the Forex Trading Space is looking for a Forex Trading Sales Associate to join their team in Dubai.
Here you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting Forex trading products and services.
This role involves working closely with both individual and institutional clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions. The associate will also collaborate with the trading desk to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their trading needs and providing relevant solutions ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the forex industry.
• Present and promote the company’s services to prospective clients. Demonstrate the features and benefits of trading platforms and tools.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build relationships and promote the company
• Stay informed about market trends, news, and developments in the market. Provide clients with relevant market insights and analysis.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to trading accounts, platform functionality, or transactions. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account information.
• Communicating through Zendesk
• Work closely with the trading desk, marketing team, and other departments to align sales strategies and share insights.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Forex or financial services industry. Strong understanding of Forex trading concepts and market dynamics.
• Continues Learning: - The ability to stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
• Strong Forex trading knowledge
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) able to communicate effectively with clients, partners and internal stakeholders
• Strong networking in UAE and GCC
• Target driven
• Confidently able to work under pressure
