JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
? Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to contract negotiation and final purchase.
? Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for real estate development projects.
? Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products and manage relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
? Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.
? Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Requirements:
Position Title: Purchase ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
