JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

What you'll be doing

- Respond to emails and manage the Billing inbox timely
- Deal with termination quotes & migration agreements.
- Resolve invoice queries from customers
- Chasing & updating customer outstanding payments.
- Assisting our Leasing team with checking and sending contracts for new customers
- Completing verbal agreements upon completion of the installation.
- Drive service; by going above and beyond with service to WOW everyone
- Communicate with customers and external suppliers
- Working hours will be Monday - Friday: 11am - 8pm

Requirements:

Candidate Specification - Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- 1+ year minimum experience in customer service and administration
- Experience working with numbers and data
- Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Analytical thinking combined with problem solving skills
- Have a proactive, outgoing and positive attitude
- Be highly organised and attention to detail

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
