JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As the Digital Governance SME, you will be responsible for managing digital transformation initiatives and implementing robust governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity and risk management, with a proven track record of driving successful digital projects.

Description
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital governance frameworks that align with organisational goals and industry standards
* Oversee the design and execution of cybersecurity strategies to protect organisational assets and data
* Lead the implementation of risk management, compliance and policy frameworks within digital projects
* Manage cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
* Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to present programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Define and oversee digital policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy laws

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a relevant discipline is a plus* 15+ years of experience in digital governance, IT governance, and cybersecurity
* Proven track record in managing digital transformation initiatives and governance frameworks implementation
* Extensive experience in risk management, compliance, or policy frameworks in digital projects
* Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, QMS, ISO 20000, ISO 27001)
* In-depth knowledge of data governance, privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with a history of successful collaboration and presentation to senior management
* Proven capability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment alongside expertise in change management to facilitate organisational transformation
