About the role

As a Marketing Intern at Careem Rides, you will be involved in the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our services. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and strategies.

What you'll do

Marketing Plan Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for Careem Rides.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate campaign execution.
- Manage relationships and ensure effective communication throughout campaign lifecycles.

Campaign Briefing and Financial Management:
- Create and manage briefing tickets for campaign execution.
- Oversee budget management and financial tracking for marketing activities.

In-App Asset Management:
- Manage and update in-app marketing assets to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Ensure consistency and relevance of in-app promotional content.

Creative Campaign Development:
- Develop and propose innovative marketing campaigns to promote Careem Rides' services.
- Collaborate with the creative team and agency to generate impactful and engaging content.

Event Management:
- Organize and manage events where Careem Rides has a presence.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.

Social Media Collaboration:
- Work closely with the social media team to create content that aligns with marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of social media content to ensure consistency and engagement.

Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze competitor campaigns and offerings to identify opportunities and threats.
- Propose solutions and strategies to counteract competitor initiatives and enhance market position.

Requirements:

- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and event management is a plus.
