JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Looking for a Tenders Office Assistant to strengthen its Tenders Office - Technical Focus

Identify tender notices and market offers through dedicated portals
Identify strategic partners to establish the RT
Read and analyze the tender notice and identify the documentation to be produced
Obtain the necessary technical documentation based on the requirements of the technical specifications
Find the information needed to draft the technical and economic offer to be processed
Keep in touch with the relevant public bodies, to collect the information necessary for the regularity of the tender
Making bid/no bid decisions
Coordinate and manage groups of companies
Use both Italian and foreign portals

Requirements:

Degree preferably in architecture and/or engineering
5/6 years of work experience in managing technical and economic aspects of public tenders
Having attended specific courses in the tendering sector is a plus
Good knowledge of the procurement code Legislative Decree 36/2023
Excellent knowledge of the English language (level B2/C1)
Excellent knowledge of computer software
Excellent knowledge of graphics programs
