Job Description
- Identify and analyze business and technical needs by working with end-users and technical groups.
- Act as part of the deployment, customization and testing of new solutions.
- Produce testing scripts based on application functionalities.
- Drive UAT process.
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation process for solutions modules.
- Support detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Configure ERP solutions under guidance to meet business and client requirements.
- Support data migration activities ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans.
- Provide second support and maintenance post-implementation when needed by the support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
