Duties and Responsibilities
- Checks and ensures that the applicable Egyptian and international instrumentation and control regulations, codes and standards are observed in the Technical documentation elaborated by the Contractors
- Contributes to drafting instrumentation and control policies and procedures
- Develops and reviews control and monitoring systems and telecommunications with basic and/or complex scientific equipment
- Reviews and advises on the metrology of measurement instruments
- Reviews and comments on conceptual, technical, and detailed design documentation
- Conducts inspection activities of instrumentation and control equipment and materials
- Supervises installation, testing and commissioning activities of instrumentation and control systems and equipment and prepares associated reports
- Liaises with other engineering disciplines on matters of instrumentation and control and telecommunications
- Develops training materials and conducts training on instrumentation and control systems and equipment

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in I&C, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical skills; 7 years of experience in I&C engineering on large scale projects or in nuclear power plant development. Nuclear experience is required.

- Ability to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian and/or Arabic is a plus
- Proactive team player, proven to be effective in a multi-cultural environment
