About the role

Digital infrastructure SVP core teams is being rebuilt around key priorities that have been set. The Digital Infrastructure Senior Project Manager will support in delivering below priorities by managing the governance in a fully transversal ecosystem. They will drive the full activity around Digital Infrastructure from Go To Market to Innovation and pilot a meta roadmap by channels and customer segment.

External communication: shape our core messaging to share our vision externally with customers, partners, analysts (Gartner, IDC, etc.) to position Orange Business as leader on Digital Infrastructure scope. Contribute to prepare impactful presentations and pitches to both external and internal events

Business Development: develop the business by meeting our customers to understand deeply their needs and expectations to position our value proposition around the 3Cs. Animate business developers communities around the world. Identify markets trends to influence our roadmaps. Elaborate differentiating end-to-end value propositions with clear customer business outcomes.

Tech innovation: work closely with Orange Innovation to set up their priorities, shape our innovation strategy (network for AI, quantum, etc.) Leverage our partners (GAFA mainly + cybersecurity players) to identify co-innovation opportunities, shape MVP or POC with customers

Sales enablement: Define, select, and prioritize the value-creating use cases according to customers 'needs (per segments, per geographies). Improve SVP & enablers easiness to sell, by making the value proposition easier to understand, to pitch and to sell in a compelling manner.

Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Telcommunication and Project management domains
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to work in a transversal mode and to drive change in a multi-cultural fast-moving environment
- Knowledge of Digital Infrastructure (Cloud, Connectivity and Cybersecurity)
- Ability to deliver thought leadership: pro-actively listen to the market and our customer base and adapt our vision and the execution of it accordingly.
- Project Management / SAFe certifications is a plus
- Fluent in French and English
