JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Ecosystem Organization manages the whole environment allowing to build and operate the infrastructures and services: from Data Centers to Digitalization and Data AI skills going through security, asset & vendor management, admin and monitoring systems.

Your mission is diverse and includes:
- Manage Ecosystem team members based in Egypt, primarily security team .
- Collaborate with the related functional managers to ensure the effective communication, collaboration, and alignment.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment among team members.
- Ensure that all teams adhere to established policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts that may arise within or between teams.
- Collaborate with other functional managers to ensure cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Act as a liaison between the teams and senior management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the teams.

Requirements:
About you
- Senior profile with strong experience of at least 5-8 years
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams and resources.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude to drive continuous improvement and achieve goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of security, asset management, and admin zones/monitoring principles and practices would be a plus.
