We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client. They are a leading plastic manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia. They have an employee strength of over 250+

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Recruitment Strategies:
• Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.

Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and conducting interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer and analyze pre-employment assessments and tests.

Employer Branding:
• Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and recruitment drives.

Pipeline Management:
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and ensure timely and effective communication with candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and candidate data.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Metrics and Reporting:
• Track and report on key metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in plastic manufacturing or industrial background.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment at various levels within an organization.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• High level of proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
