Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a Sustainability Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA .

This position is responsible for supporting the Sustainability Business Unit in technical, commercial and operations management in Saudi Arabia.

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Leading local business development activities with the support from in-country and discipline managers.
- Preparing and participating in technical and commercial aspects of proposals of both compliance level and complex project bids.
- Building and maintaining valued relationships with clients, collaborators and internal Divisions.
- Working with targeted leads and clients to understand and deliver on their needs for business development and bidding purposes.
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects and teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing the planning, risk management, resource scheduling, delivery, and performance tracking of active projects.
- Line management, mentoring and professional development of staff.
- Supporting sustainability management and local leadership in various public speaking and brand building events, and building technical awareness and expertise.

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 10+ years experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture or Construction. Additional relevant Master's Degrees are considered advantageous.
- LEED AP, Mostadam AP will be beneficial.
