Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth
• Driving and overseeing the progress of key strategic projects and activities across the entire company, including presenting weekly/monthly presentations with current progress to company CEO / executives / BoM
• Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials
• Managing and contributing to strategic projects utilizing a problem-solving approach and critical thinking
• Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders, including influencing executives
• Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks
• Identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision-makers
• Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization
• Providing content-driven active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projects as part of the strategy implementation
• Collaborates with business units and line managers to produce business and product plans that are profitable; evaluates these plans on a periodic basis
• Supporting the CEO with the preparation of materials for SV BoM, SEC BoD, and other individual ad-hoc presentations
• Liaising closely with the SEC Investment Sector and SEC Corporate Strategy
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ of experience in strategy management and/or content-driven project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, supervisory / leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
• Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analyzing strategic problems and developing strategies
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, flexible hours, and under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English) with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Proficient with MS Office, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel
