alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems. .

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Ceramic wall and floor tiles
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements
- Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose
- Control costing process
- Control manufacturing process
- Build & Update standard cost rolls
- Participate in Forecast and Budget preparation
- Analyze cost variances (Standard vs Actual)

Key Accountability Areas
Cost Control Control the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality control Ensure that the costing process aligns with and adequately covers the manufacturing process Collaborate with the planning team to update the Bill of Materials BOM Coordinate with the production team to revise and update manufacturing routes Checking releasing the cost FG SFG Maintaining cost accounting system and close monthly costing period Monitoring of Consumables consumption Spare Parts consumption Observing Manpower Utilization Build standard cost Build and update standard cost matching with manufacturing process Run and Maintain cost allocation cycle Forecasting and budgeting Participate in Budgeting and Forecasting by providing the budget cost of production Costing report Prepare monthly cost statement Prepare monthly productivity and quality reports Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs Variance reports Price Variance Spending Efficiency Variance Volume

Role Accountability

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance

- Work Experience
4 to 6 Years

Technical / Functional Competencies
- Safety Awareness and Compliance
