About the location:
Steps from the Prophet's Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city's 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet's Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Director of Spa:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of Spa to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!

Reporting into our Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Spa and all its employees.

This person must be passionate and committed to provide first-class service following Four Seasons Standards and ensuring guest needs are met. To lead the operational and financial direction of the spa ensuring complete viability of the spa, maximizing all opportunities and resources. To maintain cutting edge knowledge and make strategic and operational decisions in creating and implementing treatments and concepts. To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to throughout the spa and that guest service exceeds all expectations.

Our Ideal Spa Director candidate will have:

An in-depth understanding of luxury brands along with previous experience within a similar Senior management Director level role. Able to represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude, and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask and solve problems.

Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences. Previous pre-opening experience is essential.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
