Role Purpose/Mission:

The purpose of the Solution Architect role is to design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative technical solutions that align with the business goals and strategic objectives of the organization. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective architectural designs, ensuring the integration of various systems and technologies, and guiding the development teams throughout the implementation process.
The Solution Architect plays a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing system performance, and ensuring that all solutions are secure, efficient, and future-proof, ultimately delivering value to both the business and its customers.

Reporting Relationship

Reports To: Associate Director, IT Enterprise Architecture

Accountabilities: This JD is a framework but not intended to cover every task that would be possibly required or added by line manager

- Proficient in architecting, designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions using Google, Oracle and Azure Cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and design patterns.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless operation and data flow between them.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Assess emerging technologies, tools, and platforms, and recommend the adoption of solutions that drive innovation and improve business processes.
- Ensure that the architectural solutions meet the required performance, security, and scalability standards through continuous review and improvement.
- Identify potential risks and issues in proposed architectures and work proactively to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture, technical specifications, and integration points.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant industry standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring system performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (min 7 years) as a Solution Architect.
- Strong working experience in Azure, GCP or AWS cloud application and public cloud services
- Experience with enterprise-level software applications and architecture, including SaaS, PaaS, and custom-built solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing and experience with cloud-based architecture and deployment
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Strong understanding of all OCI and MS Products.
- Proficient in configuring and optimizing Solutions hosted in cloud.
- Familiar with Real Estate industry solutions and platforms
- Experience with security protocols and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in Customer Experience and Sales domain of property industry will be a plus
