We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our team in the construction industry, specifically focusing on high rise building projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk analysis and management in the construction sector, with the ability to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks to ensure the successful completion of high rise building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for high rise building projects, identifying potential risks and developing effective risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management processes into project planning and execution, ensuring that risks are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and evaluate project data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain risk registers, risk mitigation plans, and risk reporting mechanisms to track and communicate project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing risk management best practices, promoting a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management.
- Conduct regular risk reviews and assessments to ensure that risk management strategies remain relevant and effective, adjusting plans as necessary to address emerging risks and changing project conditions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in risk management, applying this knowledge to enhance the organization's risk management capabilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification in risk management is a plus.
- Proven experience in risk analysis and management within the construction industry, with a focus on high rise building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction project management processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality management, with the ability to integrate risk management into these processes.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to analyze complex project data and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex risk information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to mitigate project risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and guide project teams in implementing risk management best practices and fostering a culture of risk awareness.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
