Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee refurbishment projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the refurbishment sector, strong understanding of fit-out works, renovation of residential projects.

This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, overseeing the planning, execution, completion of renovation or refurbishment projects and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex refurbishment projects.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/ Construction Management
• Minimum 10-year experience in Project/ Construction Management
• Familiarity in AutoCAD and Microsoft office, specifically excel
• Strong understanding of Fit-out works, renovation of residential projects.
• Risk management (qualitative and quantitative analysis)
• Schedule management (schedule reviews, schedule various analysis)
• Assist to identify and manage scope changes, scope extensions
• Ability to prepare scope of work, RFP, PR and can communicate it with the team through Project Kick-Offs meeting
• Cost management (cost estimate, cost control and cost forecasting)
• Familiarity in managing stakeholders
• Contracts Management (Saudi Government procurement law)
• PMI Standards of project management, preferred to be Certified Project Management Professional
• Development and enhancement of Project management processes/ procedures
• English is mandatory and Arabic is preferred.
