Senior People Business Partner

Job description / Role

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Senior People Business Partner for one of our clients in KSA which is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm and has been serving clients in the Middle East for nearly 20 years. The company has more than 115,000 employees globally and over 1,300 professionals* in the Middle East operating out of 9 offices in 6 countries in the region.

Relevant, progressive People Business Partner experience supporting front line, mid-level and executive leaders.

Expert-level experience in a variety of HR competency areas such as organizational design and development, leadership development, change management, performance management, and employee relations.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master’s Degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred.
With at least 8 years of relevant experience in (PBP).

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
