Senior Marketing Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Agritech company who are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to be based in their office either in Riyadh or Hofuf.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse results, and provide insights to optimise marketing activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia who has previous experience and an excellent understanding of the Saudi Market.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in Marketing within the Agricultural/FTSE/FMCG industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
