Senior BI Deveolper - KSA

Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced BI solutions and interactive dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI projects.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and reporting systems using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Optimize BI processes and performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and insights.
- Implement and manage ETL processes to integrate and transform data from various sources into the BI system.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues and provide technical support to end-users.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, including design specifications and user guides.
- Mentor junior BI developers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in BI practices.

Technical Skills
- BI Tools Expertise:Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Data Modeling:Advanced skills in designing and implementing complex data models to support BI solutions.
- SQL and Data Querying:Strong expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating data effectively.
- ETL Processes:Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration and transformation.
- Data Visualization:Ability to create and optimize interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.
- Performance Optimization:Skills in optimizing BI processes and improving the performance of BI solutions.
- Data Integration:Proficiency in integrating data from multiple sources and managing data flows.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving BI-related issues.
- Documentation:Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for BI systems and processes.
- Mentoring and Leadership:Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and guidance.
