The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.

You will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.

You will be a recognised expert in reporting and project controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).

Be responsible for establishing Programme Controls reporting requirements and formats for the programme and projects delivered.

Develop forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.

Coordinate production and distribution of key monthly reports.

Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the weekly and monthly reporting calendar.

Attend monthly governance progress review meetings with the client.

Work with key stakeholders to define and establish requirements and design of programme reports.

Manage the input and production of key monthly/quarterly reports.

Drafts the executive summary of the Programme Monthly Report.

Review and edit reports for quality.

Attend project review meetings where appropriate and challenges project status.

Manage the interface between key project stakeholders.

Coordinate with sub-programme and project teams to monitor sub-programme/project level reporting.

Notify staff of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Manage staff of technical editors and database specialists to ensures quality and efficiency of Programme Controls reporting.

Requirements:

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Experience of working on large high profile complex capital programmes.

Technically qualified to at least degree level, ideally with post-graduate qualification(s).

Member of a relevant professional body.
