My client is a leading international contractor who work on large oil and gas and heavy civils projects throughout the world. They are currently working on a major marine project in UmLuj in Saudi Arabia and are looking fir an experienced project controls manager with a high level of expertise in cost control and management.

Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering and should have a proven experience of working as a project controls manager on major civil engineering and construction projects in saudi arabia and the middle east.
