Job Purpose
As a Precast Production General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of precast concrete components, ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed. You will manage a team of production workers, coordinate with other departments, and implement efficient production techniques to meet project deadlines. Key Accountability Areas
• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. And should be skilled in interpreting drawings and promptly rectifying any issues that arise, He needs to organize the delivery requests for raw materials and liaise with the purchasing department to ensure smooth coordination.
• Production Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the precast production process, including batching, casting, curing, stripping, and finishing, to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that precast components meet specified standards and customer requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety in the workplace by ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of required resources.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality control documentation, and inventory records. Provide regular progress reports to management.

Role Accountability
• 3 to 5 years of experience and Previous experience in a leadership role within the precast concrete industry
• Strong knowledge of precast production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
