Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for interior and fit-out projects.
• Source and qualify new vendors for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Obtain competitive bids and quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, ensuring best pricing and terms.
• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and other internal stakeholders.
• Participate in vendor meetings and site visits.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a procurement role, ideally within the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing and managing FF&E for interior and fit-out projects (a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba) (a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
