Multimedia & Videography Associate

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Associate in Multimedia & Videography to join our dynamic team. This position will be based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and will play a key role in creating compelling and engaging multimedia content for our healthcare, social media, arts, and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual mediums and a strong understanding of multimedia production techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia concepts and strategies that align with the organization's objectives
- Produce high-quality videos, animations, and other multimedia content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing materials
- Utilize industry-standard software and equipment to capture, edit, and enhance visual content
- Manage the entire video production process from pre-production planning to post-production editing and distribution
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia and videography to ensure the content remains cutting-edge and impactful
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to support multimedia projects
- Maintain an organized and efficient multimedia library for easy access and retrieval of assets

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Videography, Film Production, or a related field
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation, videography, and video editing
- Proficiency in using industry-standard multimedia software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe
Photoshop, Lightroom
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects and a keen eye for visual storytelling
- Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Passion for creativity and innovation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of healthcare, social media, arts, or marketing industries is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred
