MERN Developer - Manager

As a MERN Developer - Manager, you'll lead in designing robust software system architectures, ensuring completion of data structures and design patterns. Your role involves crafting scalable web services, applications, and APIs, while also overseeing the development and maintenance of internal software tools. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and managerial skills to drive efficient and scalable solutions.

Description

* Participate in the development process from definition to deployment.
* Perform code reviews for team deliverables to ensure code follows documented standards and best practices.
* Produce high-quality complex deliverables with minimal input and supervision
* Mentor other developers on best practices, peer programs, and code reviews
* Work with product owners and end-users to clarify specifications and get feedback

* 7-10 years of experience in full-stack and MERN-stack development
* 7-10 years experience with object-oriented programming
* Experience working on backend language Node.js is required, to create performant RESTful APIs, containerizing the application into Docker and deploying into Kubernetes,
* Experience in other languages such as Go, Java is a plus.
