NOW HIRING A LEGAL COUNSEL

Our client is a large Real Estate Advisory Consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, providing expertise in market research, property valuations, project management, and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal advice on Saudi labour laws, ensuring compliance with all employment regulations, worker rights, and employment contracts.
• Ensure that the company adheres to the new regional headquarters legislation, understanding its implications and advising on necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company's interests, ensuring they comply with local and regional laws.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes involving the company, including employee relations issues, commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant local, regional, and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to real estate, labour, and corporate governance.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management and legal compliance.
• Assist in maintaining corporate governance standards, including the preparation and management of board meetings, resolutions, and other governance matters.
• Act as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal advisors, ensuring effective communication and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and review company policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and in line with current legal requirements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on new laws, regulations, and legal trends in Saudi Arabia and the region that could impact the company, providing timely updates and advice to management.

Requirements:

Requirements:
• 18+ years experience
• 1+ years of Saudi Arabia experience
• Experience in the Real Estate, Construction or Engineering industry
• Strong communication skills
• Arabic speaking
• Hold a relevant industry degree

Salary:
SAR 35000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
