Job description / Role
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via the ticket system, phone, or email, and ensure timely resolution based on the daily priority list.
- Adhere to and implement the company's data security rules.
- Ensure security measures and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops, keeping them up to date.
- Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
- Test the compatibility of new programs with existing programs to evaluate system potential.
- Diagnose and resolve server software or application faults (e.g., antivirus, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment, software, and license users.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Preferred CCNA Certification.
- Preferred N+, A+ Certification.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Ability to handle tasksĀ underĀ pressure.
