Head of Mixology

Job description / Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join the team of fine dining restaurant located in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Create and manage the bar menu, including developing signature cocktails and selecting wine and other beverage offerings
• Supervise and train bar staff, including bartenders, and barbacks
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement procedures to improve the overall customer experience
• Manage the bar's budget and financial performance, including tracking sales, monitoring costs, and adjusting pricing as necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant or upscale environment
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Fluent in English

Salary:
USD 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
