Head of Engineering

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Head of Engineering to be based in Saudi Arabia .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage all projects across different company sites including managing engineering managers ensuring their adherence to established systems and regulations.
- Control costs and manage the finances of the function.
- Analyse financial information, and prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
- Lead the negotiation and management of third-party contracts for new equipment installation, procurement, maintenance, building, or system upgrades.
- Establish systems for documenting and maintaining process validation and project drawings compliance.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. An MBA or any relevant certificate is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years' experience leading and managing a team.
- Must have FMCG/Pharmaceuticals Industry experience.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
