Financial Reporting & Budgeting Manager - CA /CPA

Our client is a listed manufacturing group based in Jeddah, KSA

They are seeking to recruit highly qualified budgeting & reporting head to join their finance department, this role reports to the group CFO.

The incumbent shall provide financial insights to support the making decision process, by conducting all required financial analysis & forecasting and by properly handling budgeting & reporting, in addition the job-holder needs to prepare cost projection as well as develop financial models, conduct process analysis and set-up benchmarking exercise.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting & Budgeting Manager to join the finance team at the corporate office of the holding (manufacturing industry). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes, and will play a key role in driving the company's financial performance and strategic decision-making. This position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and offers an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial reporting and budgeting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the senior management team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CA certification is a must for this role, in addition having CFA is a certain plus
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis within the manufacturing industry at corporate level.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and financial software applications is a must to this role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
