Work with a team of FM Consultants supporting a client on the operational readiness of their new HQ, 70-storey building.

- Play a critical role alongside the execution team to deliver the various FM consultancy tasks:
- Operational design reviews inc. workshops with design consultants
- Define spatial requirements
- Conduct client stakeholders interviews and report on outcomes
- Interpret the design to define FM requirements
- Propose and assess FM operating models inc. SWOT analysis, defining operating model evaluation criteria, scoring matrix etc.
- Update workplan based on deliverables timelines and align with billing schedule
- Write up strategy reports under the guidance of the senior consultant
