Estimation Engineer

Red Sea Landscape Nursery, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global is in need of Estimation Engineer for our landscape projects in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking to hire an experienced cost estimator to provide expert cost analysis services for our clients. In this role, you will be required to consult with clients and visit job sites, collect and analyze data, and provide accurate estimates of project costs including labor, production time, and materials.

To ensure success as a cost estimator, you should have in-depth knowledge of construction and landscape processes, a good eye for detail, and advanced mathematical skills. A top-class cost estimator can see the big picture of a project and accurately estimate all costs involved.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field.
- Licensed as a professional engineer (Saudi Council if already in KSA)
- Proven work experience as a cost estimator.
- Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
- High-level mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Proficient with computer estimation software.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience in GCC countries highly preferred
- Special preference for candidates within the Kingdom with transferrable iqama and valid for at least 6 months
- Willing to work onsite - remote location.

Salary:
SAR 12,500 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Red Sea Global (RSG) has been incorporated as a closed joint stock company, wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF).

The company has been established to develop and promote a new international luxury tourism destination that will set new standards for sustainable development and bring about the next-generation of luxury travel.
