About the location:
Soon to be one of the region's foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.

The Role of Director of Residences:

We are thrilled to invite you to apply for the Director of Residences position at our new Four Seasons Hotel Red Sea, the first Four Seasons residential development in Saudi Arabia. This pioneering opportunity offers candidates the chance to engage in a market without prior precedent, allowing you to shape and lead in an emerging environment.

As the Director of Residences, you will report to the General Manager and oversee the management and operations of residential services to ensure top-tier service maintenance for Four Seasons properties. You will collaborate closely with homeowner associations and residential boards, providing leadership in strategic property and asset management. This includes responsibilities such as financial oversight, capital planning, technology integration, and enhancing residential services.

In your role, you will supervise two distinct residential offerings within the Four Seasons project: Golf and Resort villas. Each offering has unique characteristics, including design, accessibility, and legal structure. You will also be responsible for strengthening and supporting the Rental program by effectively managing homeowner relationships to ensure stellar communication and service delivery.

Furthermore, you will foster a strong relationship with the Golf Club owner(s) to facilitate homeowner access to exclusive facilities and coordinate residence operations from the on-site offices at the Club. You will oversee all residential operations, including physical maintenance, residence services, and residential business entities such as homeowner's associations and residential boards of directors.

As a residential leader, you will act as an asset manager for homeowners, ensuring their Four Seasons properties are impeccably maintained and serviced, and managing residential budgets effectively. Your leadership will encompass all aspects of the Residential Business, including property and asset management, financial management, capital planning, technology integration, residential service experiences, resident recognition, communication, relationship management, and coordination of Residential A La Carte services.

This role demands the highest level of professional property and asset management execution, delivering excellence in both product and service, while ensuring resident recognition aligns with Four Seasons standards.

The ideal Director of Residences candidate will have:

Our ideal Director of Residences will have experience within the Luxury Residential and Hospitality industry, Ownership and Stakeholder liaison experience, proven financial acumen, talent management skills, a property management certification, knowledge of local property management laws and practice, and a special talent for ensuring our residents feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Four Seasons Hotel Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
