Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Implement Board visions through business conduct to achieve profitable operations and secure the continuity and growth of the company.
• Total responsibilities for the technical and financial successful results of the company.
• Ensure that the company’s structure is aligned with the company’s business strategy.
• Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible for meeting the forecasted budget, cash flow, and profit.
• Reviewing designs to ensure that they comply with government regulations and standards for safety, materials, and construction techniques.
• Prepare, set up, and Implement all policies and procedures.
• Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible for meeting the forecasted budget, cash flow, and profit.
• Develop internal systems, procedures, and practices in line with the group standards and designed to continuously enhance the efficiency of the company’s activities.
• Monitoring budgets and making adjustments when necessary to meet spending goals.
• Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure that all areas of the company’s activities such as business development, planning engineering, construction legal, finance, etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target.
• Provide training and development performance evaluation and appraisals to the company staff to enhance qualifications, motivations, and belonging to the company (people are the assets).
• Obtain the Executive Committee approval for all major company activities such as new project bidding, financial commitments, assets purchasing, and key staff hiring and appraisals.
• Communicating with clients throughout the project to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress being made.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure they are meeting project deadlines and providing high-quality material

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A 7- 10 years of experience in Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Construction Management principles and techniques.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
