Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and market opportunities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales, marketing, and business development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, promotions, and product assortments to maximize profitability
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics
- Utilize market insights to drive innovation and adjust commercial strategies as needed
- Lead the creation and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and promotional activities
- Implement and monitor best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or related field
- + 10 years of Experience
- Experience in strategic planning, sales management, marketing, and retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and achieving business targets
