Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented CAD Operator to join our Project Management practice, based in Jeddah, KSA. This position is responsible for the preparation of design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction program.

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Developing and prepare drawings in CAD format from preliminary concepts and sketches.
- Preparing detailed drawings, in CAD format, of proposed facilities and infrastructures, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
- Producing complete and accurate record drawings.
- Producing drawings for land development projects.
- Working as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional architects/ engineers and other CAD technicians.
- Utilizing customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve AutoCAD productivity and efficiency and to comply with the company CAD standards.
- Promoting the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
- Performing all other assigned related duties.
- Showing proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years of work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.

AutoCAD certification will be looked upon favourably.
