Butler

The Butler responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Furthermore assists the Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Departments with any basic requests to provide timely response and services to guests.

The ideal candidate has previously held roles in Guest Experience in luxury hospitality. Additionally, excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language is required.
